Howie’s experience of life, business and comedy - includes battling and managing Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). When he first opened up about his condition on a national radio show, he received floods of messages revealing a myriad of similar / silent warriors, all grappling with the same fears and anxieties… Armed with newfound knowledge and empathy, Howie set out on a mission to shatter the stigma around diagnosis with NOCD: a platform dedicated to help folks clarify the misconceptions surrounding OCD.
