Firstly, we catch up with HSOB Rugby Club Light Bears flanker Jack Owen as they prepare to host last year's champions the Pakuranga United Rugby Club Panthers this Saturday at Bob Deans Field in Christchurch.

Then, we catch up with New Zealand U/85kg Original and Pōneke Football Club U/85kg and Premier flanker Pasia Asiata as they travel up to Auckland this Saturday to take on the Auckland University Rugby Football Club Slugs.​​
