This is a preview of the first episode of Human Powered, a new podcast from Wisconsin Humanities about how people make places better. The episode spotlights Tracey Robertson, a nonprofit leader and community organizer who wanted the town of Oshkosh, Wisconsin, to see people of color differently. So she created a photo exhibit.
