Spaghetti with white sauce. Rice with milk. Lemon slushy. Hamada Shaqoura is a food blogger in Gaza and has been making authentic Palestinian recipes using ingredients from food aid packages handed out at refugee camps, and food he can scrounge up. Rebecca Rosman told us about him back in August.
