Description

Everyone's hustling, on the grind, chasing the bag, but is it worth it? At what point are we burnout? What is burnout? Are there healthy ways of "hustling" that don't kill us? Dr. Drea Letamendi is here to help us. Dr. Drea is a consulting psychologist, behavioral health advisor, and coach who specializes in organizational development, mental health education, and workplace wellness.
