Welcome to my podcast, a place where I (Flex) talk about whatever I want, whenever I want with whoever I want. In this episode, I speak to @yemagz about hypocrisy when practising sustainability.

For context I'm a DJ, MTV Presenter, Author, Podcaster (Bobo and Flex, Mamamia's Overshare), Business Owner (ReFlex: A Conversation Card Game and Flex Factory: A gifts and home decor e-commerce website), but above all, I'm a Professional Opinion Haver.

Although I'm not a stranger to talking about stuff on the internet, I wanted my own space – completely unfiltered and unstructured – for the stuff I can't really chat about anywhere else. Not because I don't want to, but simply because it doesn't ... fit.

So on this podcast, there's no theme, no expectation and no promises. We're just doing a thing. We'll probably discuss identity, pop culture, entertainment, weird thoughts I have in the shower and all the stuff in between.
