11:11 is a DNA ACTIVATION in the people that are seeing it.  The DNA is going from linear Genes to the Quantum energy of what the human being actually is.  Instead of a double helix you are waking up your triple helix and the DNA can do things you could never believe in physical, Linear, or 3D....
