The natural state of life is harmony, which means our natural state of being is harmony. When we reflect on the flow and beauty of nature, we see that harmony is at its center. There is harmony in the stars of the sky, the sun and the moon, flowers and their petals, leaves and their veins, trees and their roots.

There is harmony in every breath we breathe, every blink of our eyes, every beat of our hearts.

Right now, we’re taking a few moments to be in harmony with ourselves, and at peace in our spirits.
