Growth Community Questions

Remember to use these questions like a menu, not a checklist. These questions are not mandated material you have to cover, but options to help guide your discussion as much or as little as you like.

HANGOUT [Warming Up to the Topic - in one Large Group]

1. Review this week’s teaching and talk about what stood out to you the most.

2. What comes to your mind when you think about a father? Does it make you think about God The Father in a similar way that you think about your earthly father? Our Father will never leave you, never forsake you.

HEAR [Listening to God through Scripture]

3. Read and meditate on John 14:8-11, compare different versions.

4. Meditate on the works that Jesus refers to: make a list. Which one is the greatest of all? In which order did you place the restoration of your community with the Father?

HUB [Making it Personal and Praying Together]

5. Share with your HUB what is the memory with your earthly father that sticks more in your heart. Does it bring you closer to or separates you from God the Father. Pray for each other.
