God sometimes gives us a crystal-clear dream. At other times, He gives us a "Polaroid" dream. These are the kind of dreams that start of fuzzy and become more clear over time. In the second part of "I Have a Dream," Pastor Michael Rowan gives you eight steps to "develop" these dreams.
