I See Me: Is an Audio version of my personal Journaling process as I express, real time in the moment my experience of seeing myself in a whole new way. Chains are broken and weights are dropped for the first time. No more second guessing and distrusting those who has been proven to be trustworthy. Not everyone has an aim. I affirm in this episode that I am loving, lovable and loved and authentically embraced the exclamations Carpe Diem, ever reminding and urging myself to seize the opportunity and make the most of the present moment, giving little thought to the future.
