I hate what I do! I hate my body ! I hate my course! I literally hate everything about me 🥺. These are statements we've uttered in one way or another and having come from our us it's toxic because we ought to love ourselves and have compassion for ourselves too. This week I've even shared a struggle I have to love a part of me and you know what boo. I feel you we are in this together and you are beautiful ❤️ you deserve all the good things the world can offer.
