These scams may seem like innocent requests but many prey on the fear that horrible things may happen if you don’t comply. John Brewer is the Chief of Economic Crimes at the Ft Bend County DA’s office and will explain how not to become a victim of scams.

Zenobia Lai is the Executive Director of Houston Immigration Legal Services Collaborative, which develops creative solutions to issues affecting Houston’s immigrant community and builds strategic partnerships to help them seek immigration advice and help. Zenobia joins us today to tell us more about the Collaborative.
5:30 pm The International Day of Yoga on June 21 was held at various venues across the city where people practiced asanas in group settings. Now in its 10th year, it has grown into a worldwide phenomenon attracting thousands of people. Yoga enthusiast and community activist Vijay Pallod dedicated himself whole heartedly to making the event a success in the city and joins us today to tell us more.
