4:20 pm With the passage of the Big, Beautiful Bill, ICE will receive $29.9 billion, $45 billion for detention facilities, funds to hire 10,000 agents and another $75 billion in supplemental funding. It is bound to lead to many arrests and people will need immigration attorneys to represent them. On the other hand, asylum application fees havegone up to $900, work authorization fees up to $575, renewals to $275 and parole applications to $1,000. We ask attorney George Willy and his Of Counsel retired Judge Jimmie Bennet to explain all this as well as whether to file or not to file?

4:50 pm After having a heart attack at 52 and discovering that there was more to it than bad choices, Dr. Mubin Syed began his mission to share the causes of and solutions for the health crisis affecting South Asians around the world. Dr. Syed is a physician with almost 30 years of experience,specializing in endovascular therapy. He is also a health historian, a medtech entrepreneur, and a medical products inventor holding 28 patents. He calls in from Ohio to discuss his book Healing From Our History: How Colonial Era Famines Led to a Modern South Asian Health Crisis which tries to explain why South Asian are more prone to diabetes and heart disease.

He has over 30 years of multi-facetedreal estate experience across apartments, hotels, and retail. He joins us again today to tell us more about his current project which is open to interested investors right now, as well as what to look for when making a real estate investment.
