4:20 pm Surendran Pattel is a very persistent and determined man who in 2022, won in his second electionrace for Judge for the 240th Judicial District Court. In that position, he has worked hard to cut down the enormous backload of cases and earned the respect of his peers, attorneys and elected officials for his efficiency and even-handed approach. Surendran is now running for re-election and will be on the March 2026 Primaries. Still as busy as ever, between family and work, he managed to find some time to call us today to talk about his work as a judge and what hehopes to do with a second term.

4:50 pm Zubin Mory has a solid 26 years of experience inFinance and Real Estate in New York, Miami and elsewhere and has recently settled into the Houston area. In 2011, he founded RealTMOR Asset Mgmt, a high value added residential real estate firm that creates value by procuring assets after careful research and due diligence and then manages the assets. He joins us today to tell us more about his business.
