IF YOU WANT 2023 TO BE YOUR YEAR, LISTEN TO THIS
Description
We’re about to start your 2023 off right. This will set you up for maybe one of the best changes of your life. But, yes, I know it’s also a very challenging time.
Look, January is scientifically the most difficult time of year for most people. And as someone who suffers from the January Januscaries, I can empathize.
So here’s the plan for this episode: I will share a personal story - to show you where I’m coming from. BUT - I will also give you six simple, researched-backed questions to help change your life.
Most importantly, I will tell you right now, the best way to head into the new year: It’s not about weight loss. It’s not about saving more money. It’s not about any resolutions.
It’s about resolve.
If you don’t want something to continue, don’t allow it.
Resolve to stand up for yourself. And for others. Because if you allow it to continue. It will.
But you want to know where that resolve comes from, especially when you feel like you’ve got nuttin’. You’re spent.
Well, there’s a science to that too. And I’m not wasting another second of 2023. So let’s get right to it …
IN EPISODE 29 YOU WILL LEARN:
• Why January is - scientifically - the hardest month. • Six, research-backed questions proven to help you through the toughest times.• Why you don’t need resolutions and the importance of resolve. • How to find that resolve to change your life.• You are not alone.• Plus, you’ll discover the identity of our next guest.
