Description

December’s Golden Apple Award winner is Miss Chelsea English. She’s an Indianapolis Public Schools social worker at Shortridge High School. However, students and staff will tell you she is nothing short of a miracle worker.

“Miss English just takes that extra step to make us feel so heard and seen and valued. It’s just amazing,” 16-year-old Darrick Colon said.
