This video is a standing explanation from the 'Jesus of History Project' for all of those Christians who, every day and with the best of intentions,  kindly refer us to the same  passages in the Tanakh (Old Testament) as proofs of their Christ of faith.

Author Antonio Sebastian exposes the most popular passages and includes Rabbi Tovia Singer of Outreach Judaism to explain in detail exactly why Isaiah 53 has absolutely nothing to do with Jesus Christ or the Jesus of History.

This video is not intended to deny the validity of the Christian experience but rather suggests that the belief structure that is implicit in that faith is based on the most flagrant cultural appropriation and spiritual fraud in the history of the world.

In other words, Christian spiritual experience may be true but the perception is definitely false.
