In our continuing discussion with Paul White, we explore why it's important to understand your own primary and secondary language of appreciation. Also, in the interest of promoting peer-to-peer appreciation, it helps to spread the word on everyone's preferences for appreciation.
As White says, "Not only do you want to hit the target, you don't want to step in the mud and make a mistake unintentionally by doing something the person doesn't want."
