Raleigh Man Arrested for Fatal DUI Crash, Faces Severe Charges: A 71-year-old man, Michael Kenneth Bielinski, has been arrested and charged with felony death by motor vehicle, driving while impaired, and failure to maintain lane control following a fatal crash that killed 76-year-old Ann Patricia Swenson.
