Thanks David for being on the show! I am interested in this stuff so much and I am excited to work more on building Social Agent to better measure engagement in both our relationships between agents and businesses, as well as leads and agents! I am excited for the day when we have bionic sensors to measure how effective we were with engaging a potential customer, though it sounds scary, it is exciting to see instant feedback without having to send a customer feedback survey by email that is often not completed, or if completed maybe not fully honest!
