In this episode I chat with Julia Ladera Castillero. Julia manages 9-digit quarterly ads revenues and a multinational team at Google’s European Headquarter in Dublin, Ireland, where she has been working since 2006. 

Beyond her work at Google, Julia is a certified Executive and Leadership Coach.

Both in her corporate work and private practice, Julia puts an emphasis on career and performance coaching which is anchored in identifying and building success from individuals’ values and personal strengths.
