He spoke about Leadership qualities in the youth, how the students' potential is judged in the admission process. The advancement of women in the Air Force also came up in the discussion. We went on a trip down memory lane to the time when the war was just around the corner and how India defeated Pakistan leading to the formation of Bangladesh.
