The truth is, grief never really ends. We never really get to a point where we will never feel that emotion. When we think of grief, we immediately think about a breakup or a death of a loved one….but we forget that saying goodbye to old versions of yourself is just as painful. In this episode, I share some of my current thoughts and feelings as I navigate the death of my old self — and inviting in this new version of me 🌹
