Alicia and I discuss our first meal mmade in the Instant Pot pressure cooker. We discuss what went well, what didn’t go well, and some potential accessible issues we as blind users encountered. This will not be the last Instant Pot meal, or Podcast. Chili gets made tomorrow, and we may eventually do an audio or Facebook Live demo as we use the device.
