Inside Autistic Minds
Description
This week Cheshire GP Dr Ali Smith, who has an interest in autism joins Nik to talk about the recent BBC documentary series 'Inside Our Autistic Minds' with Chris Packham. They discuss how four autistic people created their own short films to reveal to their family and friends how they're truly feeling inside- what's really going on in their autistic minds. Amongst other things, they talk about lightbulb moments, masking and sensory overload.
There's also the usual look at the medical news headlines and what's on our radar at the moment.
