Alexander Pattyn is well at home in the project domein. Not only because he has done and does a lot of projects, but also because he works at CertN, a globally trusted partner for managing professional certification programs.
He will be speaking at the annual Project Management in Healthcare event in the Netherlands. In the talk, he will discuss the variety of different project management systems and how they can be used specifically in healthcare projects to make a difference. In this interview we already talked a little bit about that and other subjects related to project management in healthcare.
