Denise Michelle’s story is a powerful testament to what happens when a woman decides to choose herself, despite the trauma, despite the odds, and despite the pain that tried to silence her. At just six years old, Denise experienced sexual abuse that changed the trajectory of her childhood. By adulthood, she was surviving Borderline Personality Disorder, suicidal depression, anxiety, addiction, PTSD, domestic abuse, and the financial devastation of bankruptcy. 

Her healing journey was not linear, but it was intentional. Then, in 2020, Denise endured unimaginable grief, losing five family members, including her mother, to COVID. Instead of collapsing under the weight of it all, she turned inward, upward, and forward, choosing to rebuild her life with vision, purpose, and radical self-love.

Today, Denise is a transformational coach and founder of SelfLove Mastery, using her story to empower others to break cycles, reclaim their identity, and create a life aligned with the person they were always meant to be. This episode is honest, raw, and deeply freeing, a reminder that healing begins the moment you say: “I choose me.”
