Since expanding in Texas and now having chapters in GA & AL; Sharron realized because of the lack of not only women golfers, but minority golfers, there are millions of dollars in scholarships going unclaimed. Therefore, Sharron created DC on the Greens, which is a youth Golf Mentorship Program that teaches life skills and introduce the game to youth and sponsor them throughout school to obtain scholarships.
