In this episode of Square Up with GraySquare, we interview our newly promoted Sales Managers, Sofia Masseroli and Carlo DeLuca. Catalina Lopez, Executive Assistant & Social Media Manager, and Landon Atkinson, Vice President, co-hosts in this episode and gives the listeners a bit of our Boston's company culture.
They bring up their experience in time management and how it has helped with Sofia and Carlo's promotions. We also had a friendly banter on which city has the best culture: Boston, NYC, Nashville, and Philadelphia. This lead to our two biggest offices, Philadelphia and Boston, and their differences and similarities. We then discussed on how working out and "gainz" can relate to work ethic. Carlo DeLuca, a gym-aficionado on his part-time, brings up how the two can be related. We finish our episode with Landon discussing on how his age and knowledge has helped him become a mentor for the younger generation in the company.
