Description
Susanne Henry was born and grew up in Mableton, Georgia. Her father was a sharecropper and produce seller and her mother worked at Whittier Cotton Mill. She initially attended Washington Street Elementary School in Austell, Georgia, before the school system was integrated and Harmony-Leland Elementary School afterwards. She has worked at Pebblebrook High School in Mableton, Georgia, since 2003.
