Topics include: motherhood and writing, the challenges of being a short-form/flash fiction writer in a novelist’s world, finding motivation for wanting to do the “professional writing thing”, and the “silliness of the sequel.” We talk more about “Light as a Feather”, how ‘Kentucky South’ is a little different than the rest of the South (a very specific preoccupation with corrected Sonic slushies), AND Biscuit lets us know that the FedEx man is here!

Also, Sara gets pretty tipsy trying to read her “Rapid Fire” questions, and we giggle over ugly “SAD” ultraviolet mood-lifting lights. Where do you put them??
