Along with a couple tips on self-reflection, they emphasize the importance of being gentle with yourself when it comes to darker thoughts and memories bubbling to the surface, and how to balance out racing thoughts of anxiety and training yourself to not be so hard on yourself. They also go on a relevant tangent about their transness alongside their gaining journeys – how that has meant that their motivations towards weight gain has changed with their acceptance of their gender, and how choosing the clothes they love while sizing up and changing how they present themself has helped with their positive self-image.
