The Pearl Protectors is a youth-led, volunteer-based marine conservation organization in Sri Lanka. We strive to protect Sri Lanka’s marine environment by raising awareness and advocating on various aspects of marine environment conservation, ocean-based resources, and sustaining a beautiful habitat.
This podcast aims to advocate and raise awareness on topics only a few or passionate individuals know, to become available for all. And to highlight the current issues happening around us. We will be talking to experts as well as other team members where we get to hear the expertise each team member possesses.
What this podcast will entail are many topics related to Marine environment and conservation, oceanography, the impact as well as solutions, ocean biodiversity, and current events.
