We spoke to CFMG Capital’s Andrew Thomson about how the CFMG Monthly Income Fund provides investors with exposure to competitive returns and the Australian property market, through loans secured by first mortgages over real property. It provides investors with a regular income stream, as the fund aims to distribute returns on a monthly basis with a current targeted return of 8.25% per annum (net of all fees*) as at April 2024, reviewed monthly.
