• A confused mixture

About a year ago I set out to name these shorter Monday episodes. Because each is one of a kind and honestly pretty random, I wanted a name that reflected the unique nature of these episodes. I finally settled on "The Monday Mishmash". These episodes are the epitome of a mishmash. They are the random things I'm thinking about and the lessons I'm learning as I navigate this confusing and wonderful experience we call life. Sometimes stream of consciousness, always random and authentic, I hope that these conservations between me and myself will inspire you to become more introspective, or at least entertain you!
