This episode provides an introduction to the Critical Conversations for Social Work podcast from the perspectives of the podcast crew. The podcast aims to share knowledge about critical and creative understandings and practices that support social work analysis and practice. There are various critical and creative pedagogies used in social work education and practice, our aim is to make these ideas accessible to students, practitioners and educators in social work and human services. In this episode, we discuss how this podcast emerged and how critical and creative pedagogies position social justice at the forefront of social work and human services.
