In part one of this series, we will simply be focusing on the breath! An unconscious action that we usually take for granted. Relax into this short 3-minute meditation with Amelia as we slowly start our journey into meditation together!  


Amelia is a qualified Yoga instructor, with a speciality in Hatha,  Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga. She studied in Rishikesh, India in 2020,  further pursuing Prenatal and Postnatal in 2021.  Amelia has a passion for mindful and intentional movement, sharing that Yoga is for every person, with any type of body and any background.



She is also the owner of Reduce Skincare, a plant-based, BWC accredited, natural skincare brand based in Durban
