My name is Julie Baker. I am a Real Estate Salesperson / Realtor with the Jazzed Team at Keller Williams Capital District in Latham, NY. And I work out of my home in Waterford, NY. In November 2018, I took a sabbatical from flipping houses and started on a journey of self-discovery. I have always had a heart of sharing what I learn so that others don't have to go through what I've went through to get where I am today. I've learned these new tools late in life because they are not offered in high school or college to any depth. And when I tell people what I want to share and that I want to coach others toward success, they are always excited that something like this is finally being offered. It is apparently not being done in the Podcast world ... or any other media outlet ... to much of a degree that people seem to be aware of. So I'm here to share my story ... my journey ... in an effort to help others break through their ceiling of limitations and find the successes they envision for their lives.
