Welcome to this leadership development session, the first of six modules in a series, introducing the Myers-Briggs leadership assessment called the California Psychological Inventory, or the CPI 260.The purpose of this module is to provide an overview of the assessment for client learning and supplement discussions with clients on their own results and professional and personal goals. Additional modules in this series provide greater detail on scale definitions.
