In this episode, we compare investors and first-home buyers to see if investors are buying all the houses and stopping first-home buyers from getting into the market.

We look at the data and find the investors and first home buyers tend to increase their purchases at the same time.

They are positively correlated. When investors buy more houses, first home buyers tend to buy more houses too.
