New Ipsos polling has been released ahead of the October 21st election. VP of Ipsos Sean Simpson breaks down the numbers and says it's still a two-party horse race. 


Philosophy Professor at Vanderbilt University Scott Aikin joins the show, talking about how we've forgotten how to argue in today's democracies, and questions whether leaders debates change how people vote. 

Andrea Andersen is an Edward Jones Financial Advisor, and says a new study shows 86 per cent of Albertans have not achieved their financial objectives, while too many Albertans are banking on a windfall to help them get ahead.


The Women of Inspiration Gala is this week. Monica Kretshmer with Universal Women's Network talks about honouring over a dozen of Calgary's top female leaders.
