Professor of Neurology from Stony Brook University Anat Biegon appears on Tzuzamen to discuss her history of studying the health differences between sexes and being one of the first scientists to focus specifically on learning about women's issues in medicine. She also goes into detail about the difficulties she had to face while trying to study women's issues in medicine within a very sexist academic environment and how she had to circumvent that misogynistic climate to do her work.
