I’ll go into Gov. Cuomo’s Tax Proposal, that might just be a threat to try to push Stimulus. The S&P 500 is Red & the XLK is Red, and listen to hear the question, "Are You Green?" for my personal trading accounts. We will also look at GM running over Tesla gains in 2021, and go over the top gainers and losers.

My personal Swing trades included Selling XL Fleet and I started three new Swings with COTY, IBM, and EcoLab (ECL).
