As we are weeks into the Covid-19 impact and isolation, our health and the health of others continues to be our top concern. But for many of us the inactivity, a bit more comfort food paired with uncertain times has resulted in body image concerns.  

Add on the torrent of voices saying that this is the time to get fit, get thin and BE BETTER- it can feel like a less than ideal situation.
