Israel continues to prevent Syria’s new jihadist regime from utilizing weapons left over from the deposed government of Bashar al-Assad. Israel fighter jets carried out airstrikes today against Assad-era weapons depots. In the meantime, Israel is warning Syria to not move against its Druze minority. Would a confrontation between the IDF and Syria’s new rulers spark Turkish involvement on behalf of its jihadist allies?
