Traffic fatalities in Colorado are at a 20-year high, and improving community awareness of traffic safety is a high priority for the state. Sam Cole, The Traffic Safety Communications Manager for the Colorado Department of Transportation, discussed current statistics around traffic fatalities, and the steps the state is taking to decrease these numbers.
