Improviser, writer, and Devon’s former SNL officemate Carl Tart joins the show this week to finally settle the Brandy vs. Monica debate, speak on the ideal time to play “Back That Azz Up” at a party, and present a line-by-line lyrical dissection of the song “HA” by Juvenile.

Carl Tart is an actor, writer, and comedian. He was a featured player on the Fox sketch show Party Over Here and has since appeared on Brooklyn Nine-Nine, The Good Place, and frequently guests on the Comedy Bang! Bang! podcast. He starred in the NBC sitcom Grand Crew and is currently a writer for Saturday Night Live. A regular performer and improviser at the Upright Citizens Brigade, Tart also co-hosts the podcasts XOXO, Bada Bing, The Flagrant Ones, and Foosballz.
