JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) - Two men were shot in the parking lot of Burlington Coat Factory during a Facebook Marketplace sell gone wrong, Jackson Police say.


It happened Monday on East County Line Road.


According to Jackson Police, a man met a couple, 24-year-old Chanceler Holmes and 33-year-old Shaneque McAbee, in the parking lot for a meeting arranged on Facebook Marketplace.


During the sale, Holmes tried to rob the seller, which resulted in both men being shot.
