JAG2G: No money for Government, but plenty for Sports Leagues, Athletes & Politicians
Description
Saturday morning discussion with the JAG2G crew Tate, Rory & Stephen. Professional sports leagues profits are at an all-time high. Dak Prescott (NFL) makes $60 mill per, SGA (NBA) makes $70 mill per, Shohei Ohtani signed a 10 year $700 million dollar contract. The influx of money is from television and streaming revenue, sports betting, fantasy sports influence has uninterested folk paying attention. Eight weeks through the college football season and we already have universities paying coaches $169 million to go away and not coach. Saudi influence in golf, boxing and gaming. Yet, as of this morning the government has been shutdown for a month, medical cost is going up, social services going away. The current President is suing the US Justice Department for $230 million and demolishing the people’s house (White House) to add a $250 million ballroom to the 220 year old house. Let’s talk any of this and anything else on the KnoItAllz YouTube channel.
